Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start time may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.

Cruise Delays & Missed Ships

If your cruise ship fails to dock at Amber Cove or Taino Bay due to weather or itinerary changes outside your control, your tour will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please notify us as soon as you are aware of any change.

Cancellation by Adrenaline Tours

We may cancel a tour due to unsafe weather, insufficient participants, or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
